Professional Experience

Ms. Deck brings over 17 years of progressive Human Resources experience.  She has spent a lot of her career in the Oil & Gas industry as a Talent Acquisition Leader and Human Resources Director covering all disciplines of HR working for organizations such as PDC Energy, Escalera Resources, Crestone Resources and Caerus Oil & Gas.  Within the last 4 years Ms. Deck has transitioned to the technology industry working for firms such as Velocity Insight (data analytics), and Dropbox working as an all around HR Project Specialist, and HR Operations working in various areas of HR technology and operations. 

Ms. Deck’s areas of expertise include but not limited to: talent acquisition, HR operations and technology, large scale project management hiring compliance, onboarding, HR special projects, general compliance and best practices, policy and procedure development, employee relations, and intern relations.  She prides herself on being socially responsible and a strong communicator and feels passionate about doing what is best for both the Organization and incumbents alike.  Ms. Deck was excited to join Racette in September 2024.
